Up to 25 selected Projects will be offered substantial “no cost” contracts for a wide variety of services required to build or optimise a regulated commercial cannabis cultivation operation.

Services can include: Complete facility design including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering planning and support;  layouts, specifications, equipment recommendations, procurement and installation support for: benching/vertical racking, lighting, environmental systems (HVAC, etc.), irrigation, fertigation, water filtration and storage, controls, curing/dry room and post harvest requirements.

Services rates are dependent upon multiple factors and the dollar amount of individual awards will be determined when a “no cost contract” is issued.  Typically most contracts range between $10,000 and $250,000.  Winning projects will be selected from among eligible applicants by CW in consultation with a national panel of respected experts.
